BMSD is loud and proud in our celebration of Black History Month! On Friday, February the 3rd, our students and staff dressed all in black to celebrate Black History Month! And the Media Center has pulled hundreds of books celebrating famous African-Americans, both recent and classic; fiction books with strong black main characters, and books that provide information on events in Black History that changed the world for our upcoming book tasting and to entice students to read about Black History.
